I know most of you are thinking the holiday season but that isn’t what we at EdZapp are preparing for. We are polishing our application, wrapping up our new development and shining our tracking forms preparing for the 2010 hiring season.
We have been preparing all of our HR users by having administrator trainings this fall. Now as we head into the winter months we’ll begin hiring administrator trainings. Also keep a look out for overview sessions reviewing our new application after the new year!
Now is also a great time to do a “process review”. We can help you fine tune your EdZapp account so that it gives you a streamlined, defined hiring process as you move into the “season”. The trend we are seeing means you will continue to have large numbers of applicants for your job postings.
