Are you interested in creating–or extending–your career in a professional work environment that can be adjusted to meet the needs of you and your family? If yes, consider joining the EdZapp team as an Account Manager!

More than an “online employment application,” EdZapp is dedicated to the transformation of the recruiting, screening, and hiring of educators. We provide software and support services to HR offices in K-12 schools and districts, as well as value-adding services to job-seekers, to make the process more efficient and effective for all parties involved. As a result of our continued growth, we are seeking candidates to fill an Account Manager position in various geographic locations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Account Managers are responsible for developing contacts in the target K-12 school districts in an assigned sales territory. This can be done directly through the school districts, associations, universities, and/or trade shows.

Your primary job will be to call on new prospects (typically school district HR professionals) and help them understand how EdZapp products and services can help facilitate the recruiting-through-hire process, and add value along the way. Once the sale is made, you will work with the EdZapp Delivery & Support team to maintain a long-term relationship with each client. Training and marketing support will be provided by EdZapp.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for a motivated self-starter and a great communicator with an orientation to details and excellent follow through.

Strong computer skills and access to a home based office required.

Previous relationship sales experience strongly preferred. Experience in web-based training and online meetings desirable.

Knowledge of and/or experience working in the field of human resources (esp. recruiting) is a BIG plus. Experience in K-12 central office environment also helpful.

COMPENSATION

Base compensation (through training and ramp up period) plus commission on all sales. Commissions are renewable if the client renews. These are independent contractor status positions. Typical compensation levels once fully trained are $30,000-75,000. Hours are flexible (generally 20+ hours per week), with limited regional travel.

EdZapp is a family-friendly company who believes in delivering value to our clients that exceeds our fees, and in providing opportunities for our employees that inspire and motivate them.
