The purpose of the Oregon School Personnel Association (OSPA) is to: a) foster the staffing of Oregon school systems with the highest qualified individuals; and b) encourage and assist in the development and utilization of exemplary school personnel administration practices.  EdZapp has a long-standing partnership with OSPA that ensures quality services to OSPA’s constituents and effective feedback to EdZapp.

American Association for Employment in Education

COSA

Confederation of Oregon School Administrators

The Confederation of Oregon School Administrators (COSA) serves and represents more than 2,000 school administrators, managers and executives. COSA was founded in 1974 to give Oregon’s education leaders a united voice in helping to shape public policy, advocate for schools and speak on behalf of students.  EdZapp and COSA have partnered to provide job posting services for Oregon school districts since 2005.

OSBAOregon School Boards Association

Founded in 1946 to serve Oregon school boards, OSBA now serves school boards as well as education service districts, community college boards, boards of public charter schools and the State Board of Education. OSBA helps locally elected citizens fulfill their complex public-education board roles through a variety of services, including Superintendent Searches.  EdZapp now partners with OSBA to automate and streamline the Superintendent Search process for other state School Boards Associations as well.

The TeacherInsight is an automated online interview used by many school districts to help them identify the best potential teachers; PrincipalInsight is a similar tool for school administrators. If you ever had a personal interview for a job, the interviewer asked a variety of questions to get to know you better and determine if you would be a good fit for the job.  EdZapp enables the screening process for Gallup subscribers by integrating with the TeacherInsight and PrincipalInsight products.

The Haberman Educational Foundation (HEF) is a not-for-profit (501C3) foundation which provides training to principals, school boards, site-based parent/teacher councils, teacher unions, and superintendents in how to interview teachers to identify those who will succeed with even the most challenging of students.  EdZapp interfaces with the StarTeacher assessment to eliminate work for HR administrators and hiring managers.
